All sales are final unless the item is defective. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase.

Shipping
TO.AM ships to:
All 48 contiguous U.S. states
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories
We ship to any location with a physical address that can receive packages via USPS or UPS.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on Friday evenings will begin processing the following Monday.
While we aim to ship within 2 business days, delivery timeframes are ultimately determined by the carrier.

Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Tracking & Delivery Updates
During high-volume seasons, tracking info may take longer to update. If your tracking hasn’t updated within 3 business days of shipment, please contact us at hello@toam.world for assistance.
If tracking shows the package is stalled at a carrier location, please reach out directly to the carrier as they would be able to provide the most up to date information on your package.
